Managing Partner


As Managing Partner, Charlie provides strategic leadership to all Park Commercial teammates. He is directly tasked with executing the firm’s vision and ensuring alignment with the goals established by the ownership group. Additionally, Charlie continues to provide expertise in the Charlotte office and flex markets, delivering premier brokerage and asset management services to his clients.

Before joining Park Commercial Real Estate in 2018, Charlie was Director of Office Investments at Beacon Partners, where he worked 15 years serving as an office broker, asset manager and with acquisitions for the firm’s Charlotte based office portfolio. Prior to Beacon Partners, Charlie was a commercial real estate underwriting specialist at Wells Fargo Bank and also served in various property and construction management roles at Queens Properties a division of JA Jones Construction.

Accomplishments:

During his career, Charlie has been involved in brokerage, leasing, management, acquisition and development of in excess of 10 million SF of office space all within the Charlotte community. Brokerage experience includes, representing Tenants and Owners in over 1,000 transactions for Office and Flex space in the greater Charlotte market. Notable projects include representing Elon University in leasing their 40,000 SF Southend Campus, representing PCI Group in their new 125,000 SF Headquarters, leasing of the 500,000 SF Harris Corners Corporate Park in north Charlotte, the leasing and asset management of the former 200,000 AT&T corporate campus in the University Research Park, the leasing of a 100,000 SF US HQ and Research Center for Husqvarna, the leasing of a 1 million SF office portfolio in Midtown and Southend submarkets including 1616 Center and 500 Morehead, the acquisition of 100,000 sf adaptive reuse assets in the West Morehead corridor, the leasing of 200,000 SF Fairview Center in Southpark and the management of 600,000 SF Southpark Towers in Southpark. Charlie received membership to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in 2010.

BS in Political Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 1998; Master’s of Business Administration, McColl School of Business at Queen’s University, 2003.
