Kelvin Day, SIOR, is an Industrial Real Estate Broker with Park Commercial Real Estate, specializing in representing owners, occupiers, and investors across North and South Carolina. With a hands on, client first approach, Kelvin focuses on creating value through industrial sales, leasing, and sale leaseback transactions, combining deep market expertise with strategic execution to help clients achieve their business and investment objectives.

As part of Park Commercial’s boutique platform, Kelvin leverages local market knowledge and personalized service to compete at the highest level. He advises manufacturers, distributors, private equity groups, and local business owners on everything from warehouse consolidations and expansion strategies to investment acquisitions and off market opportunities. His experience includes representing high growth companies in major industrial consolidations, guiding institutional investors through asset evaluations, and helping businesses maximize the value of their real estate assets.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Kelvin competed professionally in golf, playing on both the Web.com Tour and the PGA Tour. His experience in professional sports helped shape the discipline, work ethic, resilience, and competitive mindset that continue to drive his success today. Golf remains an important part of both his personal and professional life and provides opportunities to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Kelvin is a devoted husband to his wife, Arliss, and a proud father to Adam and Amy. Family plays a central role in his life, and much of his time outside the office is spent supporting his children’s passion for soccer and golf.

Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2020, Kelvin has completed more than $200 million in transaction volume across industrial sales, leasing, and investment assignments throughout the Carolinas. His experience includes advising local business owners, manufacturers, distributors, institutional investors, and private equity groups on a wide range of real estate strategies and transactions.

In recognition of his production, professionalism, and commitment to the industry, Kelvin earned the SIOR designation. SIOR is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious professional designations in commercial real estate and is awarded to top producing brokers who meet rigorous standards for transaction volume, experience, education, and ethical conduct. With fewer than 4,000 designees worldwide, the SIOR designation represents the highest level of achievement and expertise within the commercial real estate profession.
