Michael’s commercial real estate career started in 2001 as an industrial broker with Whiteside Industrial Properties. Michael spent his early years learning the brokerage business from the ground up, working directly with local business owners and landlords. From there he was hired to serve as a Vice President of Industrial Brokerage with NAI Southern Real Estate. During his tenure, he won several awards, including the NAI Global Elite Award for top producer nationwide.
In 2010, Michael formed Park Commercial Real Estate as a Partner. Park Commercial is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm focused on middle market companies and local property owners in the Charlotte region. Throughout his career, Michael has remained active in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, serving as a board member in 2014 and 2015 and annually winning awards through the DealMakers program.
In 2025, Michael co-founded Park Commercial Real Estate Management. A wholly owned subsidiary focused on managing commercial real estate properties throughout the Charlotte region. In just 18 months, it has grown to be one of the largest locally based commercial real estate management firms in the region.
