Before joining Park Commercial Real Estate in 2018, Vince was Vice President of Office Brokerage at NAI Southern Real Estate, where he worked 15 years serving as an office broker. Prior to NAI Southern Real Estate, Vince leased the office portfolio for Providence Real Estate Advisors.
Accomplishments:
During his career, Vince has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers within the Charlotte community. Sample project experience includes the leasing of the 172,000 SF Johnston Building and 160,000 SF 129 West Trade buildings in Uptown Charlotte, the leasing of 63,000 SF 1300 Baxter Street building in Midtown and the leasing of the 105,000 SF Carnegie VIII building in Southpark.
Sample Tenant Representation experience includes Pionear, LLC where Vince successfully negotiated a lease in the then recently completed Ally Center in Uptown Charlotte in 2011 and subsequent expansions. In 2017 Pionear engage Vince to assist in relocating to Southend. Vince negotiated a buyout of the Ally Center lease and successfully negotiated a lease in the Southborough Building.
Vince has represented sellers of large land tracts in the Charlotte area. Notably, Vince represented the seller of 72 acres in Fort Mill, SC that was developed by Koll Development Company for their Charlotte Intellicenter. Vince successfully structured a sale of 17 acres fronting Interstate 77 and an option for the remaining 55 acres which closed at a later date.
Education:
BS in International Business and an Economics minor from Elon University, 1996.
