A Charlotte native, Chris is excited to return home and begin his career in commercial real estate with Park Commercial. He joined the Office and Medical Office Team in July 2026 after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
While at South Carolina, Chris served as Vice President of the Real Estate Club and interned with Colliers International in Columbia during his final two years of school, gaining experience in market research, lease analysis, and supporting brokerage teams. He also worked the past two Masters Tournaments in Berckmans Place, where he developed a strong commitment to professionalism and exceptional client service.
Chris enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
