With a background in residential brokerage, she is experienced in utilizing market analysis to guide clients through their transactions— coordinating showings, contracts, negotiations, and closing details. Emi is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing a double major in Public Relations and Global Studies, along with a minor in Urban Studies and Planning. Her academic and professional background equip her with a strategic and well-rounded approach as she transitions into commercial real estate.
