Over the course of his 10-year career, Hayes Faulkenberry has provided a range of professional sales and marketing services to landowners, developers, and investors for urban redevelopment and Industrial Outdoor Storage. He is licensed in both North and South Carolina.
A Rock Hill, South Carolina, native, Hayes earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from Clemson University. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, and college athletics.
