Before joining Park Commercial Real Estate in 2026, Michael founded Realti Ventures, a North Carolina and South Carolina real estate firm where he was Principal and Broker-in-charge focused on investment sales and leasing activity throughout the Carolinas. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Advisor at Healthcare Real Estate Advisors focused on medical office sales transactions. Prior to HREA, Michael held a Director role at Newmark’s New York headquarters, where he was part of the Urban Retail Portfolio Team, executing leasing strategies for mixed-use developments and new town centers throughout the Southeast. He also spent more than six years as a Broker at NAI Southern Real Estate in Charlotte, focusing on leasing and sales across all product types, and earlier managed more than one million square feet of office and retail properties for Lincoln Harris in Charlotte’s South End and SouthPark submarkets.
Accomplishments:
Michael has completed over $115 million in total career sales and leasing volume and has managed in excess of two million square feet of commercial real estate over his 20-year career. He holds the CCIM designation and specializes in medical office building investment sales in the $1M–$10M range across the Carolinas and Georgia. Notable transactions include the Eye Health America seven-property portfolio sale in South Carolina valued at over $30 million (2023), and the LEED Silver Certification management of Morehead Square, a 130,000 SF Class A office building in Charlotte. He has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across office, retail, and medical product types, with particular expertise in distressed properties and complex operational turnarounds. He has managed assets on behalf of institutional investors including ING Clarion Partners, Prudential, and Deutsche Bank Asset Management, as well as individual and private investors.
